Please see me at Rm 118 TTh 8:30 or 10am (in between classes) or after 11:30am (except Nov. 17), so we can discuss how you may remove your 4 or INC.

While you have a full year to do so, sooner is usually better than later. You still have a lot of work to do before you can remove your current grade.

You must submit your explanation in writing why you missed the exam. Address it to me and give it to Naty of the Admin Office of the Institute of Math. Deadline is Monday, 12 noon.

If you are not on this list, then you are exempted from the finals. If you are listed here, but your own test score computations indicate you should be exempted, please contact me immediately by text or through my email rverzola@gn.apc.org.

Final exams sked, exemptions

Reminder to all:

Math 2 finals will be held Oct. 19, 1:45 to 3:45pm. Our assigned room is MB 120. Please be there on time, and make sure you bring your scientific calculator and yellow pads.

I will post the exemptions at the Math Admin Office, 2nd flr, Math Bldg., by tomorrow, Oct. 16. The list will also be posted here.

Important: change in schedule of make up exams

Due to unforeseen changes in my own schedule, the make up exams on Monday, will only be 1-6pm, still at the Econ Lib, 2nd Floor. The morning schedule is cancelled.

Tuesday afternoon retakes will proceed as scheduled, 1-6pm.

Because I have already cancelled two half-day make up exam sessions, I will make myself available the whole day Wednesday, same venue, for anyone who still wants to take make up exams. However, anyone who wants to do so Wednesday must inform me by Tuesday.

Our final meeting Tuesday morning will proceed as scheduled.
